Status: Under Construction 

This 450 sqm private residence, nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere, is a self-build project currently under construction. The design is an amendment to a prior planning proposal, preserving the building’s east wing while introducing a new office space and optimizing the internal layout. The design also includes a garden yoga studio. 

​I was responsible for delivering comprehensive planning, building regulations, and construction packages. My role involved close collaboration with the client, consultants, and government agencies, as well as managing weekly coordination meetings with my manager at Ben Cunliffe Architects.
