Developed with a 6 Senses brief.The site is 120 acres of hilled forest, palm grove, rice paddy and unspoiled tropical beach a 30min boat ride south of the resort town on the Bay of Bengal. The brief is for off-grid 5 star resort twith above 120 - 130 keys to be constructed 2 phases. Our phase 1 proposal uses the existing topography of beach, palm grove, rice paddy, and jungle hills to create a series of landmark buildings and suite clusters. The resort is designed to be self sufficeint, water supplied by rainwater harvesting, underground storage and lakes, solar based electrical villa clusters and solar thermal hot water systems and cooling.
